I don’t ever want to run out of battery power – How do I optimize the Shatterizer’s energy life?
Don’t worry the battery is made of lithium-ion and it’s 1100 mAh. It also has an automatic shutoff so the battery won’t drain if you are not using it. Think of your Shatterizer battery like your cell phone battery.
Some customers keep the borosilicate glass cover and coils (or Shatterizer atomizer) on - while charging, other customers prefer to simply charge the battery alone. Your charging situation may depend on your privacy and source of plug in place.
When charging your Shatterizer the silver power bar will glow RED until charged. Please don’t forget to take your USB charger with Pass-Thru technology with you!
How long does the Shatterizer battery last?
A long time – on the very first charge (after a 2.5 hour plug in) the Shatterizer lasted over 40 hours and delivered perfect clouds over 70 times, on the highest setting - WHITE.
How will I know the battery has run out?
If you still have shatter on your coils and there are no lights visible - it is time to recharge your Shatterizer using our included micro-USB port with Pass-Thru technology. For the duration of the lithium battery charging process the power button will glow RED.
What is a 3 Stage Variable Voltage battery?
The 3 Stage Variable Voltage feature allows you to find your ideal vapor density and intensity. The Shatterizer battery is made of lithium-ion (18350) and it’s 1100 mAh and ranges in settings between:
3.5 V = 16 Watt = RED is the lowest temperature setting
3.8 V = 19 Watt = BLUE is the medium temperature setting
4.2 V = 23.5 Watt = WHITE is the highest temperature setting
The Shatterizer 3 Stage Variable Volt battery runs on an electrical resistance or OHM of 0.75.
Why are there 3 different lights? How do I change between settings?
To change the Shatterizer’s temperatures click the Shatterizer silver power button 3 times until it changes to your preferred setting colour through strength sequence. Different customers like different temperatures – depending on your preference for vapor flavour. We invite you to experiment between the different levels in order to determine which taste, mouth feel and inhalation intensity and vapor density you prefer.
RED is the lowest temperature setting = 3.5 V = 16 Watt
BLUE is the medium temperature setting = 3.8 V = 19 Watt
WHITE is the highest temperature setting = 4.2 V = 23.5 Watt

What are your coil wattages?
The coils are meant to be used in a range of 15-25 watts.
15 W = 3.35 Volts / 25 W = 4.3 Volts

What can I put in my Shatterizer?

Is the Shatterizer Waterproof?
No dumb*ss - it’s a piece of technology… however, if completely sealed the stand alone and strongly magnetic silicone jar will keep your shatter safe, dry and uncontaminated. For ADULT use only!
How many grams does the Shatterizer weigh?
It depends on how much shatter you have stored in the magnetic silicone lined wax storage container and whether its attached. If you are looking for exact Shatterizer product specs – we’d be pleased to introduce you to the Inventor – Matt Zysman, after you autograph an NDA.
My borosilicate glass cover is cloudy – what do I do?
If your borosilicate glass is cloudy that is a great sign. You’ve been using your Shatterizer, and using it well. Thank you for being a part of the community, we hope you’ve enjoyed it. One of the attractive aspects to borosilicate glass is that it is strong enough for laboratory testing. With loving usage, vapor builds and your super strong Shatterizer glass appears to change color with residue.

Why the continuous heat option for 15 seconds?
The Shatterizer offers continuous heat (or the time in which the coils are engaged) for 15 seconds to satisfy really really really long and deep inhalations. In our research, we found many competitor products only offer 10 seconds of continuous heat. We understand there is a huge variance is “haul satisfaction” from the enail experts and rigg hitters, to first time shatter users. In order to accommodate our unique and diverse customers needs and varied vapor likes, we increased the heat.
